b. Agreement and adjustment

By using this website, filling in our contactform, you agree with our privacy policy. The enterprise keeps her right to change the terms any time. Users will be contacted about the changes. After the announcement, the adjustments are in use. 

c. Applicable law

The processing of the personal data within the enterprise is according to the European regulation 2016/679 from the European Parlement and the Board of the 27th of april 2016. That regulation beftreffende the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

a. Definition personal data

Personal data = all information (ex. name, phone number, e-mail,...) about an individual who that person identifiable. 

b. Way of collecting personal data.

By using the contactform on our website, you provide us the following information:

  • Your name, to know who to address
  • Your phone number so we can contact you about your question/message
  • Your e-mailaddres so we can e-mail you about your question/message
  • Your message so we know what you want to tell us

We assume that the information entered is correct. If not, we will not be able to contact you regarding your request and we reserve the right to classify your request / message.

When communicating your personal data, you will be asked to explicitly take note, by means of a check box, of our privacy conditions, to understand and accept these.

Of course, if necessary, your permission for the use of cookies and tracking technology is explicitly requested based on the Telecommunications Act. c. No processing of sensitive personal data

The only information we collect is the one described earlier.
We have no interest in other information that might be sensitive such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
Also your sexual preferences don't matter to us, the same for health and trade union membership.

a. Definition

IV. Storage period data

The contact details are used to get in touch with you and are kept for as long as that contact is in progress. If there is no contact, the data is forgotten and deleted.

V. Passing on personal data

The acquired data is not passed on to third parties, only with the explicit consent of the owner of the personal data.

VI. Additional protection minors

The legal provisions explicitly stipulate that minors enjoy additional protection when it comes to the processing of their personal data.

Also minors can fill in our contactform and we will answer the politely. Their personal data will be treated the same as the others.
No harm wil come to their personal data.

 

VII. Rights of the person involved

a. Right to information

According to the legal provisions, the company as the controller must clearly inform you about the collection and processing of personal data.
This privacy policy therefore also applies as a personal notification.

b. Right of access

You have the right to obtain from the company, as controller, information about whether or not to process your personal data. If your personal details have been processed, you can inspect your data in our files with additional information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, any recipients of your personal data, the retention period, complaints procedure, etc.

You can also request a copy of your personal data, without accompanying administrative costs. Note that when you request several copies, the company will charge a reasonable fee for this.

f. Right to obtain personal data

You have the right, upon request, to request the company / controller of your personal data held by the company in a structured, standard and machine-readable form.

This can be requested for personal use and to pass it on to another controller than the company.
If it is technically possible for us, you can also request electronic transmission of your personal data to another company.
